Nagesh Srinivas works as Technical Lead for Temenos, a banking software company. He and his team use IBM Rational Team Concert tool to develop the application that Temenos rolls out to banks. They found it challenging to manage a single development process for all their development teams, but IBM Rational Team Concert was able to help them out.
